This is the package that I bought that was supposed to be the preorder ideally, this should have been changed and the preorder bonuses added to the package we bought, but at the moment it appears that even people who are buying in now will get the preorder content (once this gets fixed), thus pretty much ruining the whole notion of preordering for the bonuses in the first place. What's really concerning is how it appears, according to extensions and SteamDB, that the current Steam package is still currently being sold on the store.
